COMPANY HISTORY
1997
Transferred to own factory on Nan Shang Road, Taoyuan Guishan (near Nankan Interchange). Added 130T, 150T, 250T injection molding machines.
2001
Implemented ERP system. Added specialized air tightness testing machine, connector sensor tester.
2002
Established Brake & Clutch Cylinder processing department.
2005
Implemented new ERP system.
2013
Expanded own factory to No. 12, Dafeng Street, Lujhu, Taoyuan (near Nankan Taimao). The current factory size is over 550 square meters, including plastic injection, quality inspection assembly packaging, and processing assembly departments. Purchased 2 130T, 1 160T injection molding machines. All molding machines in the factory are equipped with automatic mechanical arms, bucket-type raw material dehumidifiers, air compressors, refrigerators, mold oil temperature controllers, and other equipment.
2014
Implemented national quality/environmental system ISO9001/14001.
2016
Added 2 160T, 1 130T injection molding machines. Added water-type air tightness testing machine.
2018
Established Mold Department: Added 1 washing machine, 1 EDM machine, 1 lathe machine.
2021
Added 1 300T injection molding machine.
2022
Added tabletop ultrasonic air tightness testing machine.
2023
Added 1 30T fully electric injection molding machine.
